Preparing the Fibers

The journey begins with selecting and preparing the best fibres. These are shipped in bales and then cleaned, separated, and blended. This crucial step sets the foundation for creating superior yarn. At our facility, we work with a variety of materials, including lycra, cotton, polyester etc.

Carding the Fibers

Our advanced carding machines use hundreds of fine wires to separate the fibers, forming a rope like strand. This is an essential step for our core spun yarn manufacturers ensuring the fibers are aligned for the next stages.

Combing for Smoother Yarns

We comb the fibers using specialized machines to remove short fibers and align the remaining ones. This process results in a smoother yarn, ideal for high-end fabric yarn to any textile spinning mills.

Drawing Out the Fibers

In this pre-twisting stage, the fiber mass, referred to as ‘Silver,’ is elongated through rollers that operate at different speeds. This process creates a uniform strand with minimal twist, preparing it for twisting into yarn. Our zero twist yarn and open-end yarn are crafted with precision at this stage.

Twisting the Fibers

The sliver is fed into a roving frame for further elongation and twisting, producing strands known as roving. This process is essential for producing high-quality yarns like lycra yarns, spandex yarns, and stretch yarns, all known for their elasticity and durability.

Spinning the Fibers

Using advanced ring spinning technology, we convert the roving into yarn. The machine spins at high speeds, twisting and winding the yarn in one continuous operation. This method allows us to create single yarn, colour open-end yarns, and recycled open-end yarns with a high degree of precision and consistency.
