Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to create compelling visuals across social media, print, and digital platforms. This role involves designing social media content, infographics, email templates, product labels, and short promotional videos that align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities

• Social Media:
  • Design engaging visuals for social media platforms, including infographics, Instagram stories, and banner ads.
• Print:
  • Develop print-ready labels, packaging materials, and promotional assets that reflect brand consistency.
• Digital Communications:
  • Create branded email templates for marketing and customer communication.
• Video Content:
  • Produce and edit short-form videos for campaigns and brand highlights.
• Creative Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas.
• Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, contributing to a cohesive visual identity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design, preferably in the textile, fashion, or consumer goods sectors.
• Software Expertise:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Video Editing Software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Canva and Figma for quick, collaborative projects.
• Digital & Social Media Knowledge:
  • Understanding platform-specific design requirements for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Print Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes and color calibration for labels and packaging.
• Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to feedback.

Compensation
